Expand scope

Set up so it also functions as an add-in in other programs, Gimp, Zoner, etc. Set the stand alone program so that it can import file formats native to other programs, such as Gimp, Zoner, Photoshop, etc. Also so that it can import / support vector format images such as svg. Vector support may require an import procedure in which the desired size of the image is specified, thereby creating a raster image.
